Junior Customer Service Representative

Location

São Paulo, SP, Brasil

The Position: The Jr. Customer Service Representative executes imports and exports operations, dealing with global company sources on imports, managing orders, deliveries, and addressing customer issues. Support the South America region indent business model by following up on orders entry and deliveries.

What you will do:

  1. Responsible for INDENT orders for Brazil and Argentina, providing a high service level to customers while supporting local stock replenishment when required.
  2. Improve the service level of service providers by giving training or requesting adjustments when necessary.
  3. Continuously improve operations and processes aiming for service level enhancement, supporting the sales team to make necessary adjustments for the IND process.
  4. Respond to and adhere to internal and external audit guidelines.
  5. Set IND orders in SAP, performing contract analysis (PO analysis) to ensure correctness of material, package, origin, price, and payment terms.
  6. Maintain close follow-up on orders, keeping customers and sales informed of status.
  7. Support customers with pro-forma invoices, bill of lading, DIs, and all other necessary documents.

What you will bring:

Education & Knowledge:

  1. Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Foreign Trade.
  2. More than 3 years of experience.
  3. Familiarity with logistics procedures and processes (national and international).
  4. Product knowledge.
  5. Tax knowledge.
  6. Basic Training: Welcome ISTN / Quality guides / Procedures and Guidelines ISTN.

Technical skills:

  1. Knowledge in ERP/SAP, Office package.
  2. Understanding of import and export local laws.
  3. Foreign Trading knowledge.
  4. Analytical thinking, initiative and creativity, planning and organizing, teamwork, good communication, customer orientation, SHE compliance.
