The Customer Service team is being built, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative. Our end users require a Support Analyst who serves as the primary point of contact for any queries related to their wallet services.

This hybrid role requires presence in our Sao Paulo offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by keeping records of customer interactions.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Take the extra mile to help customers.

• Identify possible incident trends and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.

• Ability to be hands-on with high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk customer service software.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Good set of analytical skills (detail-oriented, problem-solving, data gathering, etc).

• Good organizational/time management skills.

• Active listening.

• Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes quickly.

• Problem-solving capabilities, resolutive, proactive.

• Expertise in Mastercard/Visa transaction, categorization, and analysis.

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

• Experience in Payments and eWallet (1 year preferred).

Work Schedule:

12h - 20:30 or 20h - 5h.
