Growth Marketer – Part‑Time – Head of Marketing Go Running Tours is hiring a Growth Marketer to own B2C and B2B marketing for a global running‑tour company. As a part‑time role (25 hrs a week, USD 1,400 a month, managed via Upwork) you will work directly with the founder, plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, optimise email flows and build data‑driven growth initiatives. Your marketing DNA must be analytical, structured and creative – able to craft compelling copy, spot new opportunities, test or scale initiatives across markets and keep a data‑automation mindset. Own the email marketing program – design, automate and optimise flows to nurture leads and turn customers into repeat runners. Plan and run paid media on Meta and Google – experiment, learn and scale that work across cities and destinations. Research, test and launch new growth initiatives – from sponsorships and case studies to new channels and tech. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present clear insights and help the founders make data‑driven decisions.
