This is a senior-level position that requires strategic planning and operation management skills. As a Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing business performance by analyzing operational metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve core business metrics such as delivery capacity and delivery experience.

2. Analyze business progress and provide insights on operational aspects like Delivery Capacity growth and delivery experience.

3. Create a tiered operation system through in-depth analysis and research on Delivery Capacity, ensuring refined business operations.

4. Conduct thematic analysis and strategy promotion, accumulating business insights and promoting the resolution of business issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

1. Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of relevant experience in internet strategy operations/data analysis.

">

2. Data-driven with proficiency in analytical tools and methods, capable of independently completing entire processes including goal and strategy formulation, data monitoring, and strategy iteration.

3. Solid cognitive accumulation and work experience in business logic and strategic methods of supply operations.

">

4. English language proficiency with an open mindset to quickly understand and adapt to work environments, operational methods, and user needs across different cultural backgrounds.
