Performance Marketing Strategist Job Description As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our digital marketing strategy. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with plenty of room to test and learn. This is an opportunity to apply your analytical skills to drive business results. If you have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing, we want to hear from you Create and iterate on landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates continuously. Analyze and report performance using CRO tools. Requirements We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of CRO principles and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have: Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor. A proven track record of improving conversion rates through experimentation and iteration. Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with SEO basics and UI/UX principles. Bonus Skills If you have the following skills, it's a plus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Understanding of user journey mapping.
