**Distribution Quality Manager - Royal Canin - São Paula or Campinas, Brazil**To provide functional leadership to develop, implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Process (QMP) programs for the distribution chain and across its network to ensure that finished goods are safe for human consumption and meet customer, consumer and regulatory requirements to achieve business objectives.To lead deployment of Quality & Food Safety Standards in market unit and also drive continuous improvement.**What are we looking for?**- Graduate/Post-Graduate- Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001:2015 / FSSC 22000- Experience leading ISO 9001:2015/Quality Management System/Food Safety Management System position in reputed food industry- Sound understanding of Quality Management Systems/Processes- Excellent Project Management Skills- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.**What will be your key responsibilities?**- Lead the implementation of the Corporate mandated Q&FS standards applicable to market unit (QMP, EMQM,DQM, Product Disposal, etc)- Key contact for Regional Q&FS- Participates in period meetings with Regional Q&FS- Completes regular self-assessment, and reports compliance KPIs- Organize audits- Monitor and support CAPA- Keeper of the CPM and PPM KPI’s mapping actions to improve it aligned with regional and global expectations- Lead the infestation project in Brazil, keeping track of the actions, improvements needed and generation of reports.**What can you expect from Mars?**- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.If you’re passionate about our brands, a great strategic thinking, deliver high quality decision and have a high drive for results, then we want to hear from you.LI-MR1LI-Hybrid
