The Goldwind Brazil team has an immediate opening for a Quality Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support the busines growth at Goldwind. We are looking for a reliable Workplace Safety Manager to ensure that everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws.**Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Control of non-quality management costs, analyzing deviations, responding for damages and losses and monitoring budgets that demonstrate the costs involved.- Definition of the Quality strategy (short, medium and long term).- Train and guide the regional problem-solving process.- Participate in and perform internal audits across all service departments.- Development of an annual service audit plan.- Evaluate and consolidate audit findings to improve our products and specifications.- Management crisis management for catastrophic events. Technical team development- Represent Goldwind with customers in matters related to the quality of service provided and the compliance of installed turbines.- Ensuring implementation in relation to global service bullets, monitoring implementation and effectiveness.- Implementation and Assurance of ISO 9001 environmental management- Ensuring Quality Process Control (SPC, MSA and Process Capability)- Manage Service team and operation in Brazil**Requisitos e qualificações**- Degree in Engineering or related fields;- Quality control certification is a strong differentiator (ISO 9000 etc.);- Mandatory postgraduate;- 4+ years of Quality experience;- Experience in Wind Business;- Excellent analytical skills, passion for metrics and numbers, and ability to get into the details as well as seeing and understanding big structure;- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills;- Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandarin is BIG Plus);- Ambitious, wants to succeed and be part of a great team;- Innovative with a commercial mindset;- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.**Informações adicionais
