Resumo do cargo:

Este cargo é o principal responsável por negociar e oferecer pagamentos em dinheiro de quantia única a proprietários de torres de celular públicas e privadas para uma alocação de renda futura de aluguel associada a seus locais de celular, por telefone, realizando as seguintes tarefas pessoalmente ou por meio de subordinados.

Quais serão suas responsabilidades e atividades?

  1. Pesquisa e compila listas de clientes potenciais para uso como leads de aquisição, com base em informações de consultas de publicidade, feiras comerciais, respostas de mala direta, leads anteriores, diretórios de negócios, sites da Internet e outras fontes.
  2. Faz chamadas de saída e realiza chamadas diretas de acompanhamento para clientes potenciais e existentes por telefone, correio e e-mail para construir um relacionamento com possíveis locadores e atua como consultor e especialista no assunto, negociando, qualificando leads e adquirindo aluguéis.
  3. Obtém e adquire ativos de infraestrutura sem fio.
  4. Realiza atividades de pesquisa de mercado para melhorar a qualidade dos leads.
  5. Usa o sistema CRM para gerenciar o pipeline e criar atividades de leads e carregar documentos de transações no M-Files.
  6. Cumprir as metas mensais, trimestrais e anuais, conforme necessário.
  7. Trabalhar com departamentos funcionais (marketing, dados, TI, finanças, administração de imóveis, jurídico, etc.).
  8. Mantém o conhecimento técnico e profissional participando de reuniões de treinamento de vendas (e fornecendo informações valiosas), analisando publicações profissionais, criando redes pessoais e avaliando as práticas mais avançadas.

O que estamos procurando?

  1. Qualificações de pós-graduação em negócios ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  2. Experiência em finanças, imóveis, telecomunicações, negociação de aluguéis, aquisição de terrenos ou similar.
  3. Auto-iniciador altamente motivado com forte liderança e habilidades de construção de relacionamentos.
  4. Capacidade de desenvolver relacionamento e atuar como consultor de confiança.
  5. Forte experiência em negociação e fechamento de contratos com histórico comprovado.
  6. Capacidade analítica com sólidos conhecimentos de informática. Preferencialmente, experiência de trabalho anterior com sistemas de CRM.
  7. É necessário ter fluência em inglês (oral e escrita).
  8. Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas, trabalhar de forma independente e em um ambiente de equipe.
