Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We operate with a founder‑led, profitable, and growing culture, supporting over 1,200 colleagues in more than 75 countries. Enterprise Customer Success Manager Location: Remote. Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes, including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data applications and more. Plan and coordinate complex projects in collaboration with developers, IT managers, and decision makers from various industries. Work with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives. Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales. Lead a disciplined, weekly customer and business review process with cross‑functional teams, prioritizing blockers and driving resolution with product and engineering teams. Advocate for customers internally, influencing Canonical product roadmaps, documentation, and processes to improve satisfaction and retention. Support customers via reactive ticket requests. Create digital campaigns targeting multiple customers. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent presentation skills to guide complex software conversations. Experience building and improving internal processes while delivering on customer projects. A true team player capable of interacting across all departments and at all organizational levels. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued. Additional Skills You Might Bring Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRM systems.
