Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aerial work platforms, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a safe working environment. About the Role: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for: Performing daily maintenance tasks on aerial work platforms, including inspection, repair, and replacement of parts; Providing technical support to customers and agents, resolving issues promptly and efficiently; Collaborating with the product line to identify and resolve technical problems; Inspecting and maintaining vehicles regularly, ensuring they meet industry standards; Visiting customers regularly to provide maintenance services and ensure customer satisfaction; Repairing machinery and other components as needed; Analyzing and diagnosing technical issues effectively; Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to EHS guidelines; Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards; Participating in ongoing training and development to improve problem-solving skills. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in aerial work platform maintenance, preferably with JLG, Genie, or Haulotte; Strong technical skills, including analysis and diagnosis of technical issues; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Basic knowledge of EHS guidelines and industry standards.
