Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Help find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, including relocation support coordination.
  • Coordinate with global recruitment teams and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation tasks.
  • Plan and execute recruitment with colleagues across multiple countries; work towards helping engineers and their families build a new career in Sweden.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • Solid network of local engineering IT talent.
  • Service oriented with flexible mindset; capable of finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient, persistent; able to handle rejection and try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible; professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time.
  • Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
