Job DescriptionAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it
Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team characterized by a profound joy for having the opportunity to be able to help engineers and their families to build a new career and life in Sweden. Responsibilities- Find engineers who are ready to embark on moving to Sweden.
- Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
- Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.
- Coordinate with global recruitment teams and Swedish management to support relocation.
- Assist with visa, work permits, travel arrangements, housing, and related logistics.
- Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
- At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience
- A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent
- Extremely service oriented with flexibility to find the best solution
- High quality and brand awareness
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing
- Upper intermediate English
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new ones
- Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and ability to identify and close a recruitment request
- Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation
- Resilient, able to persist after a rejection
- Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude
- Responsive and responsible with professional appearance
- Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice
- Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur
- Minimum 12 months
- Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex
- Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes
- Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days
- Paid travels, housing, and per diem
