Maintenance Technicians

Job ID: MTB12-PA

Location: Bethlehem PA area

Compensation: $30 up to $36 hourly + Overtime and all employee benefits

Shifts: Night shift / 7pm -7am (rotating schedule)

** Hiring for 2 technicians for a night shift**

  • Week 1: ON Sun, Wed, Thur + OFF: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
  • Week 2 : On Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat + OFF: Sun, Wed, Thur

In the role you will be troubleshooting and working on; hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical equipment and production machinery. Read all the same prints and schematics. Prefer that candidate has experience on stretch blow molding (SBM) and extrusion blow molding EBM machines but can qualify with other relevant production maintenance experience. Packaging equipment is a plus. Plastics experience is preferred but not needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced with troubleshooting all equipment in the plant on hydraulic & pneumatic systems
  • Hands on electrical troubleshooting experience on production machinery
  • Hands on mechanical troubleshooting experience on production machinery
  • Ability to operate all production equipment is preferred
  • Experienced with packaging equipment is a plus
  • Blow molders (EBM,SBM)stretch blow molding (SBM) and extrusion blow molding EBM machines preferred, not required
  • Plastics production experience is preferred but not required
  • Production machine start up and shutdown
  • Ability to complete preventative maintenance is required
  • Ability to complete all assigned projects related to fabrication, installation and repairs on the production floor
  • Ability to complete all end of line paperwork ( work orders, maintenance database, purchase orders)
  • No physical limitations or concerns
