As the Shared Services Manager for Corning CALA, you will oversee the shared services functions within the finance department, including treasury operations, across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica. Key responsibilities include managing financial services, optimizing business processes, ensuring service delivery in line with company goals, and overseeing all treasury functions. This role requires active collaboration with various internal departments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the shared services functions within the department across multiple countries, ensuring all financial operations, including treasury, run smoothly.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and financial institutions in the respective countries.
- Implement best practices for process improvements and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within each country.
- Oversee treasury operations such as cash management, risk management, and capital funding.
- Manage the financial reporting system and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Lead and mentor the shared services team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, wth an active CRC
- Proven experience in a similar role within a finance department, including treasury operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting processes, and treasury management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and platforms.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
