Team Overview:
- We are looking someone energic and self-motivated with Finance Shared Center experience.
- You need to be an expert of procurement to payment process.
- You will be working closely with head quarter and local procurement team, tax team and treasury team to ensure on time payment to our vendors.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with head quarter AP team to support local invoice payment and employee reimbursement.
- Besides you need to identify process improvement opportunities to streamline the AP process- With your effort will be able to make the invoice payment process more efficient and high satisfaction rate of employee/key stake holders
Role Qualifications:
- At least 5+years experience in finance shared serviced center
- Bachelor's degree in finance related major
- MNC company experiece is preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written english
- Familiar with ORACLE/SAP system
