Join to apply for the Fragrance Automation Technician, P&B role at dsm-firmenich On Site • Cotia - SP Overview As a Fragrance Automation Technician you'll manage robotic systems, ensure material supply, and support continuous improvement. This hands-on role offers growth in a creative, high-tech environment. Responsibilities Monitor and replace expired raw materials in advance to maintain automation efficiency Perform validation of raw materials received from the factory to ensure quality standards Maintain inventory control and replenish consumables in the robot room (bottles, raw materials, labels, etc.) Actively participate in Lab 4.0 initiatives and support investigations of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions Support preventive and corrective maintenance of the robot, including basic part replacements and communication with the supplier when needed Ensure the proper functioning of the fragrance automation robot and manage formula composition according to perfumer and fragrance development priorities We bring A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is core to our strategy and purpose An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future You bring CRQ or CRF available English proficiency is mandatory Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Previous experience in fragrance automation or mechatronics will be considered a differentiator Working and exchanging ideas with the team Assertive communication and good interpersonal skills How To Apply Interested in this position?
