Job Title: Sensory Lead, P&B LATAM

The Sensory Lead role in Brazil guides creation & development teams by measuring the performance of fragrances in multiple categories and multiple stages of real-life product usage. In this position, the Sensory Lead has also a mission to support in validating and refining cutting edge fragrance innovation, working hand-in-hand with technical and creation teams for delivering technologies to set industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead sensory projects with multiple priorities.
• Manage the execution, analysis, and reporting of sensory studies.
• Lead sensory panel sessions and ensure data quality control.
• Work closely with technical and creative teams to validate and refine fragrance innovations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of sensory data and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sensory science.
• Contribute to the development of new sensory methodologies and technologies.

You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in sensory evaluation or a related field, with a proven track record of leading sensory projects
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in sensory evaluation techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, XLSTAT) and sensory data management tools.
• Key Behaviors: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through previous project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, evidenced by successful cross-functional collaborations
