As Quality Assurance Lead Expert you will be responsible for the interface between Quality and Supply Chain, providing technical support to the P&B LAM manufacturing sites in complying with local and corporate procedures and Customer requirements. You will support manufacturing in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices, Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Technical support to LAM sites in the execution and monitoring of internal and external non-conformities in the face of customer and corporate audits.
- Support to QA and QC teams in meeting customer and corporate Quality requirements.
- Technical support to LAM sites in the execution and monitoring of internal action plans originated by Internal or External Audits and/or customer requirements.
- Support in analysis documentation of customer requirements (questionnaires and commercial demands) and interface with the Supply Chain.
- Technical support to LAM site manufacturers in the shop floor regarding investigation of Quality deviations to eliminate recurrences and support projects for continuous improvement and Quality of production processes. Application of Quality tools and Lean Six Sigma.

**You Bring**
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy and related fields.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate - Advanced Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience in Quality and/or Continuous Improvement Processes.
- Being able to work in our site in Cotia 3x a week.
- Being able to travel once a month.
- Experience in fragrance sensory panels and knowledge of the Perfume production process are desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP, Quality tools and Lean/Six sigma is desirable.
- Assertive communication, leadership, influence and systemic thinking profile.
