**Your Role**
- Develop actionable strategies and growth plans for LATAM and its subregions, aimed at capturing market share and achieving sustainable business growth.
- Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to identify and influence sustainable growth opportunities.
- Ensure that the strategic plans are feasible and aligned with the company’s capabilities and strategic direction.
- Engage and align with the relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the strategic plans are comprehensive (across the targeted categories / subcategories / customers / technologies / capabilities) and embrace all facets of the business (OtP and B2C).
- Track the performance of implemented strategies and regularly review progress against agreed metrics; identify areas where strategies may not be delivering the expected outcomes, allowing for timely adjustments and interventions, in alignment with the relevant stakeholder in the organizations.
- Work closely with the relevant teams at Symrise F&B LATAM to identify and capture new business opportunities in the region, including new markets, growth areas, customers, business models, partnerships, and M&A potential targets.
- Work closely with the commercial and other relevant teams to convert prospects into customers and to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, prospects, industry experts, etc., to understand market needs, stay ahead of market changes and to develop plans to address gaps and risks.
- Facilitate the process of value proposition development for main strategic opportunities.

**About You**
- BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is needed
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the Food & Beverage Industry, ideally the Flavor industry.
- Skilled in market research and analysis, market sizing, segmentation, competitive landscape analysis, and new business opportunity scouting.
- Proven track record of driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build long-term relationships.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization (multi-hierarchical levels).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, SAP, Tableu, Euromonitor, Mintel, AI tools, among others.
