Required Skills and Qualifications Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team. Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner. Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
