Job Description Lead the modernization and transformation of systems by collaborating with key stakeholders and business partners in defining project scope, interpreting requirements and priorities. In this role, you will drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision. You will analyze divisional business requirements and translate these into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope). You will develop expert 'As Is' knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows. You will understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Responsibilities: Drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision. Skill Requirements: Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced English (mandatory) Bachelor's degree and solid experience in Project/Program Management. Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development and work-flow documentation. Strong orientation to user-base, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content (internal and external).
