Marketing Director

To do that, you will lead the team in developing a strategy that enables sustainable business growth and maintain a high level of customer experience in Brazil, in the context of a company that offers personal challenges, development opportunities and a life / professional balance pushed by our values of excellence, sustainability, friendliness and commitment _.Main Tasks- In collaboration with key stakeholders the Marketing Director is responsible of the strategic orientation to the local organization aligned with the Group Strategy;- Responsible for the implementation and communication of the strategic plans in conjunction with the local key stakeholders;- Understanding and consider the local market needs, opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape;- Guide brand campaigns to reinforce Endress+Hauser brand in Brazil and develop a lead management activity with new and existing customers;- Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the Marketing Team;- Responsible of the development of the department;Responsabilities- In collaboration with the key stakeholders the Marketing Director is responsible of the strategic orientation to the local organization aligned with the Group Strategy:- Identify the local industry focus;- Assuring of long term and short-term industry strategic plans;- Participating in internal networks and projects;- Cascading this strategic orientation in industries, products, services, solutions, etc;- Responsible for the implementation and communication of the strategic plans:- Share the strategic plan with the local key stakeholders;- Oversee and monitor the implementation of the strategic plans;- Oversee and monitor the external communication in accordance with the group values and standards;- Understanding and consider the local market needs, opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape:- Organize market intelligence;- Organize the feedback to the innovation process concerning trends, needs and opportunities;- Participate on association and VIP events;- Guide brand campaigns to reinforce Endress+Hauser brand in Brazil and develop lead management activities with new and existing customers:- Develop a communication team and manage a proper execution of the marketing budget;- Align marketing branding activities with sales development process and analyze the impact on the business;- Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the Marketing associates:- Having a department plan for training and developing of the associates;- Maintain a high level of knowledge with the marketing department to ensure proper technical support to all associates;- Responsible of the development of the department:- Long term and short-term department plan in accordance with the Endress+Hauser Guidelines;Formal Study- Technical degree in Engineering or corelated technical degree;- Fluent in English. Portuguese fluency will be appreciated but is not mandatory.
