Main Responsibilities
Community Moderation & User Interaction
- Monitor and moderate the platform's live chat to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
- Prevent spam, offensive behavior, and policy violations in real time.
- Engage with users in a professional and supportive tone, encouraging positive community interaction.
- Respond promptly to user questions and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Streamer Monitoring & Content Oversight
- Monitor live streams for compliance with internal guidelines and partnership agreements.
- Report on irregularities, breaches of conduct, or potential violations.
- Prepare and maintain internal reports on stream performance and chat activity.

Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Support, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Share insights from community behavior to help improve user engagement strategies.
- Support proactive initiatives to strengthen safety, integrity, and trust within the platform.

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, Proven experience in content moderation, live chat support, or online community engagement.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
- Proficiency with moderation tools, customer support platforms, and communication systems.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 rotation).
- Russian language skills are a plus but not required.
