Community Moderator Job Description

As a Community Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging online environment. This includes moderating discussions, responding to community members, and enforcing community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage user-generated content on various platforms
  • Respond to community inquiries and provide support
  • Moderate chat rooms and comments to ensure a respectful atmosphere
  • Review and approve new users and their content
  • Manage banned user processes and prevent repeat offenders
  • Encourage community engagement through creative initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with project developments and communicate effectively with the community
Requirements:
  • Passion for video games and related communities
  • Excellent knowledge of the NFT and Crypto industry
  • Strong written English skills (B2/C1 level)
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast typing speed
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Social Media Moderator/Admin
