We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Analyst , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid, in the city of São Paulo. In this role you will: Test Planning and Design Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non‑functional requirements. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria. Test Execution Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure that applications meet quality standards. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure Devops. Work closely with the development team to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects. Automation Testing Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback. Set up and maintain test environments, including test data and configurations. Ensure that test environments are representative of production environments to accurately assess application performance and behavior. Reporting and Documentation Prepare and present test reports, including test coverage, test results, and defect metrics. Document test procedures, test cases, and test results for future reference and audit purposes. Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality software. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Speak professional Spanish. Professional English is preferred. Good to Have Knowledge of the insurance market. Good communication, organization, engagement, and resilience.
