About the Role We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Financial Manager to be the definitive financial authority for our Brazilian entity. This is a crucial, high-visibility, hands‑on role that requires a sharp blend of technical accounting expertise and strategic commercial insight. Reports to: Group CFO, local CEO. Serve as the primary financial authority for the entity, ensuring overall financial health and robust practice commitment Guarantee full compliance by overseeing regulatory obligations and managing the administration of required IP and Acquiring Licenses Maintain high-level regulatory communication with key external stakeholders Provide hands‑on accounting expertise; manage record accuracy and collaborate with external outsourcing partners for daily transactional support Drive process optimization by working with the colleagues to analyze, document, and streamline internal workflows Ensure data integrity and financial analysis capabilities, leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL Own the Financial Planning & Forecasting function (Budget, Cash Flow, and Financial Integrity) Develop cross‑border financial structures to optimize operations and compliance for international merchants Spearhead payment innovation to reduce costs and implement new, efficient payment solutions Qualifications Proven, hands‑on experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance, with a strong background in preparing and overseeing financial statements Mandatory experience in the iGaming sectors High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and a strong of SQL for data analysis Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills Fluent English and Portuguese languages Strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and commercial awareness Demonstrated ability to drive processes and collaborate effectively with both internal process managers and external outsourcing providers Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Gambling Facilities and Casinos Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at VBET BRASIL by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
