Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Main Scope**: This position is responsible to develop market intelligence research and strategies with sales management team to capture and broaden BSC's market share in existing and potential markets and drive revenue growth. Focus on product positioning, market penetrations, product launches, training and forecasting against market & sales plan.**Main activities**:- Coordinates company participation in Medical Conventions and Speaker Program activities.- Responsible for the Strategic Planning/Budgeting Process.- Performs analyses in the areas of product preferences, potentials, sales coverage, market size, penetration, competitor assessments, marketing practices and trends.- Prepares forecasts and recommendations.- Researches market conditions in assigned areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.- Make regular contact/communication with International/Corporate marketing personnel and sales/country management to ensure alignment of plans.- Ensure alignment with International functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Health Economics, Marketing, Clinical, regulatory, Quality).**Requisition ID**: **Job Segment**:Strategic Planning, Supply Chain, Surgery, Supply, Law, Strategy, Operations, Healthcare, Legal
