Location : Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile Position : Product Manager – Special Nutrients Latam As the Product Manager for Special Nutrients Latam, you will be responsible for leading the Special Nutrients portfolio (HyD and Carotenoids), connecting science and the market. You will work strategically with cross-functional teams, translating regional demands into high-value solutions for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities Gain deep knowledge of the market and customer needs. Translate science and technical data into clear value propositions. Actively collaborate with sales, marketing, and innovation teams. Lead the product lifecycle with strategic vision. Stay updated on trends, innovations, and regulations. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You Bring A university degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields. Experience in the animal nutrition / health sector, with background in animal production, portfolio management, and technical marketing. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Advanced knowledge in animal nutrition and health. Ability to translate technical concepts into field-applicable solutions. Leadership, strategic thinking, clear communication, and ability to work in a multicultural team. Experience with product lifecycle management, market analysis, technical-commercial planning, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
