SONDA is the largest IT service provider in Latin America, leader in systems integration, support and IT outsourcing. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join a strategic project with one of our key clients in the US. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructures across multiple technologies, with a strong focus on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper platforms. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with direct impact on critical client operations. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco routers / switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Juniper devices. Ensure network security, performance, and scalability across hybrid environments. Support and troubleshoot complex network issues, providing timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives. Document configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer. Qualifications Advanced English is a requirement. Proven experience as a Network Engineer working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper technologies. Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall management. Experience in enterprise-level projects involving complex network environments. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and monitoring tools. Strong communication skills in English to interact with U.S.-based stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience in migration projects, particularly within supply chain environments. Relevant certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, JNCIP or equivalent). Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure.
