Job Title: Coordenador de Faturamento We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Manager to lead and optimize billing processes for a dynamic organization in the energy sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple contract structures. Oversee and improve end-to-end billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. Develop and maintain regional financial policies aligned with corporate guidelines. Partner with operational teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of productivity and compliance. Resolve complex billing discrepancies in collaboration with collections, sales, and operations teams. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in billing/accounts receivable, ideally within complex service environments. At least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams directly and through supervisors. Strong expertise in Brazilian billing processes and tax compliance. Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools.
