Ansells purpose is protection Come join a trusted market leader Ansell is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Brazil About this opportunity Role Profile Position Title: Manufacturing Manager Job Location: São Bernardo do Campo - Brazil Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Assoc Director Manufacturing Ops Specific Responsibilities Manage the operation related to the production of the company ensuring compliance with the deadlines quantity and quality agreed with customers through the effective use of equipment materials and personnel planning organization and control of programs and their execution in accordance with the established policy within the standards of safety health and environment in order to ensure the service of the market the improvement of products cost reduction and greater profitability to the company . What would this role look like in detail Define the work priorities of the area and support the entire team in order to achieve the objectives and goals set by the Companys Management. Coordinate activities related to the inventory schedule of products. Monitor external audit and comply with accounting requirements regarding the organization of inventories. Coordination of interdepartmental and interdisciplinary workshops aimed at continuous improvement in processes reduction and elimination of waste. receive the production targets analyze the demand for products and prepare the Production Program with the help of its subordinates calculating the time and quantities required of material and labor for its execution. Ensure compliance with the companys production programs by receiving Production Orders (POs) defining priorities and distributing tasks with their direct reports and monitoring production. Implementation of continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office). Preparation of operational and managerial KPIs.
