7+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS solutions - 10+ years of business development or alliance management experience - Demonstrated success selling to C-level manufacturing executives - Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and challenges - Experience with manufacturing technologies (MES, ERP, Industrial IoT) - Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- 5+ years of experience building partner ecosystems
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation strategies
- Experience with digital twin technologies and AI/ML in manufacturing
- Understanding of sustainability initiatives in manufacturing
- MBA or relevant technical degree
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies or manufacturing
