- Responsável por prospectar e conduzir o processo de contratação de clientes, negociar preço do produto ou serviço, prazo e condições de pagamento.
- Transmitir orientações aos clientes sobre procedimentos internos, trabalhar no pós-venda, entender o produto ou serviço prestado, alimentar assiduamente o pipeline de vendas.
- Realizar ligações telefônicas regulares para prospecção de novos clientes, bem como de acompanhamento das contas ativas, construindo o relacionamento para proteger e manter negócios.
- Estabelecer e manter uma frequência de chamadas para vender e atender clientes.
- Atender chamadas de entrada de clientes sobre produtos.
- Identificar clientes em potencial, oportunidades de aumento de vendas e eventuais problemas que podem ocasionar a perda de vendas.
