**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an SSCT (Supply Chain Control Tower) Outbound Team Leader who will supervise the operational activities for SCCT team, securing transport planned for effective utilization of resources and executed with optimal service and quality levels, acting on deviations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence through WCM (TPM).
**What you will do**:
- Supervise SCCT team for local and international transport operations, coordinating outbound shipments and resolving exceptions through integrated organization setup and automated tools.
- Ensure the availability and effective utilization of internal/outsourced resources to drive cost reduction while securing deliveries on time, with high levels of quality, and reduced CO2 footprint.
- Acknowledge SCCT objectives and performance goals. Responsible for deploying actions for KPI's improvement and optimization of transport management.
- Embed WCM in operations through DMS and continuous improvement culture. Support and drive task teams to attack transportation losses.
- Drive performance governance and maintain close relationship with carriers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers, logistics operators, ports and terminals.
- Collaborate with Markets, Supplier Management, Factories, Planning Hub and others to secure customer deliveries (incl. exception mgt. & issue resolution).
- Ensure that all activities within the SCCT comply with rules and regulations established by local/regional/global authorities, as well as Tetra Pak procedures and policies.
**We believe you have**:
- Proven ability in leading and managing small sized teams /organizations across geographies.
- Broad knowledge of theory and practice of supply chain, especially within Transport management and International Trade/Customs.
- Experienced in relevant IT platforms.
- External network in the supply chain area.
- University degree in a related field
- At least 3 years Supply Chain experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English (verbally as well as in writing).
