Fleet Head of Engineering, Business

The Fleet Head of Engineering plays a key role in the success of the fleets by leading the technical strategy and creating and organizing the teams that will bring it to fruition.
You will hire top talent across the world to create a state of the art multidisciplinary product engineering organization that will create, launch and improve technology products that will help Bitso make crypto useful.

**Who you are**:
- Strong computer science, software architecture and team leadership knowledge. Incredible problem solving abilities
- Experience managing "A type" engineers as direct reports
- Experience coordinating large multidisciplinary product engineering teams
- Experience measuring and continuously improving the performance of the organization
- Knowledge of feedback techniques
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Incredible problem solving abilities
- Experience managing people and creating the conditions to keep them engaged and happy at work
- Experience building and launching large products to market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
