We are the 99Food User Growth Team, focused on sustainable user expansion and deepening user value through data-driven strategies. We encourage innovation, embrace change, and turn ideas into measurable growth.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy across the entire user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement) to meet key growth metrics.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing user behavior, building growth models, and iterating initiatives through A/B testing and other methods.
  • Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure efficient launch of growth projects.
  • Provide user insights by tracking industry trends and competitor dynamics to inform product and operational strategies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in internet product user growth or operations with a proven track record of growth.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL or Python; ability to independently create data reports and growth models.
  • Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of internet business models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive multi-party projects.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability for results, and fast learning ability.
