**Posting Date**:7 Nov 2025- **City**:Rio de Janeiro- **Location**:Rio de Janeiro, Brazil- **Contract Type**:Internship- **Division**:Energy Procurement Solutions- **Level of experience**:Intern-- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Intern Contract Management** to join its office in Rio de Janeiro - RJ within the **Energy Procurement Solutions** Division.-**Responsabilities**Support document control activities, including requesting, receiving, reviewing, and filing mandatory documentation for freelance professionals, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency in registration processes;-Assist in the creation and update of technical profiles and field personnel qualification matrices;--Assist in preparing contractual drafts to be sent for signature to freelance inspectors and auditors;-Provide support in daily recruitment activities for both permanent and freelance positions (job postings, résumé screening, and interview scheduling);-Support the scheduling of periodic medical examinations for permanent project employees, as well as request their respective medical certificates (ASOs), RAC forms, and file them in their respective folders - **Qualifications** Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, with expected graduation by June 2027.- Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Spanish is a plus.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Additional Information Workplace: Centro, Rio de Janeiro.- Hybrid work model (after two months on-site).RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
