Modelo de atuação: Presencial 4x e um dia home. Como será sua jornada: Como uma pessoa Staff Engineer você vai trabalhar com líderes de variadas áreas como DevOps, A.I., Data, Marketing e Vendas, ajudando ou sendo protagonista na definição das nossas soluções técnicas e arquitetura. É também esperado que o Staff Engineer seja o responsável pela comunicação dessas definições para os desenvolvedores em conjunto com o seu Tech Manager, e pela mentoria técnica dos desenvolvedores. Este é um papel hands-on no qual é esperado que o Staff Engineer participe ativamente do desenvolvimento das soluções e melhorias, uma vez concluídos os processos de alinhamento, planejamento e quebra das tarefas.
