Your Day-to-Day Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high‑touch experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both technical and non-technical roles. Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of the latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, & passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast-paced environments. A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies. CET timezone preferred – or willingness to be flexible. Previous experience within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space (preferred).
