Estamos em busca de Tech Recruiter Sênior para integrar o time de Talent Acquisition com foco em contrataçãoBrasil da AI/R Company , grupo que reúne empresas como Avenue Code, Invillia e Compass UOL.Você será responsável por:Conduzir oprocesso de recrutamento de tecnologia de ponta a ponta ; Realizarhunting ativoe geração de pipeline qualificado; Conduzirentrevistas técnicas e comportamentaisde forma estruturada, garantindo aderência cultural e técnica; Manter relacionamento próximo com líderes e stakeholders, atuando de forma consultiva; Alimentar e gerenciar informações noATS e LinkedIn Recruiter , garantindo a qualidade dos dados; Acompanharindicadores de performance (KPIs)e propor melhorias nos processos de recrutamento.O que você precisa ter:Experiência prévia comoTech Recruiterem consultorias ou empresas de tecnologia; Domínio deLinkedIn Recruitere ferramentas de sourcing (boolean search, AI tools, etc.); Conhecimento em perfis técnicos (Desenvolvedores, QA, DevOps, Data, Machine Learning, etc.); Experiência commétricas de recrutamento(taxa de conversão, tempo de fechamento); Capacidade de trabalhar de formaautônoma e colaborativa , em ambiente remoto e dinâmico.
