**What we are looking for**:
This team member will further strengthen our indirect tax capabilities in terms of ICMS, IPI, PIS, Cofins, ICMS ST and other indirect taxes. Perform tax calculations, indirect tax consultations, tax compliance & other indirect tax activities.
**What are you going to do**:
Maintenance of tax records and preparation of tax returns and related reports to insure compliance with the federal, state, local and/or foreign indirect tax regulations;
- Perform tax accounting reconciliations. - Monitors and analyzes proposed and newly enacted federal tax legislation including ICMS, IPI, ICMS ST and PIS & Cofins tax legislation, regulations, judicial decisions that impact on AGCO's operations and financial position;
- Ensures AGCO's compliance with tax laws within area of specialty while minimizing AGCO's liability;
- Identifies opportunities to minimize tax costs;
- Support business team to insure that both service and goods cost and price (tax perspective) are reflecting properly the related taxation;
- Provide ongoing indirect tax advice to internal tax team;
- Assist on Tax Inspections and Audits;
- Perform/maintain indirect taxes setup in the system.
**What do you need**:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years acting as Tax Analyst or similar positions in indirect tax. Experience on dealing with Tax Inspections. Experience on Tax SPED reporting to State and Federal Governments. Experience on tax systems implementations and law changes implementations. Experience on advising and guiding tax and business colleagues in tax technical explanations and consulting.
