Your Impact

The AGCO Global Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Global Senior Financial Analyst to join its team in delivering extraordinary results to our farmers.

This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct classification and valuation of inventory in all costing methods used by the company (Standard, Average, and FIFO). Guarantee compliance with legal standards and requirements. Address SOX requirements and Internal and External Audit requests. Provide information for decision making.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Knowledge of cost accounting routines
  • Experience with accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Experience with depreciation and obsolescence calculations
  • Ability to analyze and explain variations (costs and inventory)
  • Ability to guide and support the team
  • Knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP/SOX Standards
  • Experience guiding and supporting other areas of the company
  • Experience with tax deliveries (Block K, H, and RECOF)
  • Experience leading complex projects and taking on higher impact responsibilities
  • Industry experience
  • Graduated in Accounting or Administration
