**What we are looking for**:

- With a view to structuring separately by brands, this function will be aligned with the needs and strategies of the company.
- With this position, we will be able to pay more attention to the area of dealers and network prospecting, in addition to the commercial and billing area. Ensuring business agility at the end - Retail.
- Bearing in mind that as Agco's goals are increasingly challenging, increasing autonomy for quick decision making is essential, where negotiations will be held with the Owners of the Distribution Network. Approximately 108 dealerships, directors / superintendents of banks and entities.
- More robust support for commercial directors, including parts and services, supporting strategic trips at dealerships.

**What are you going to do**:
Responsible for managing prospecting projects for resellers in the local market, financial management and auditing in the dealer network. Responsible for the credit operation in the local market of the Valtra and Fendt chain, with a focus on results to ensure the financial health of our dealer network.

**What do you need**:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting and related areas, Advanced Enghish Linguage is necessary.
