Stock keeper Supervisor

Service Supply Chain Latam Team, working closely with the Site Operations Team, manages the Stock Keeper Team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business oversight and support to area and site stock keepers for daily operational needs.
• Develop and generate regular reports (OTIF Reliability SBU, consumption, availability, inventory accuracy, NCRs, DEF/REN, Tools, etc.).
• Maintain budgeting data related to headcount requirements for stock keepers.
• Ensure all metrics and dashboards that drive performance and cost savings are monitored and managed.
• Collaborate within the supply chain organization to implement strategic initiatives that meet delivery targets.
• Develop policies and strategies to minimize risks and streamline processes.
• Identify problems and perform root cause analysis for effective solutions.
• Maintain inventory control traceability, including work order management, transactions, safety stock, and warehouse management.
• Serve as the regional contact point for inventory management at service sites.
• Communicate regularly with Service Supervisors and Lead Technicians to manage expectations and meet their needs.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and manage special projects that do not interfere with core responsibilities.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team, including remotely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and maintain a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in SAP (ERP Production).
