Inventory Management Specialist

As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory data and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory management performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management with a strong understanding of logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
