About the Role:

This isn’t just a marketing job—it’s a relationship-driven, results-focused role where your success is rewarded with a competitive base salary and performance bonuses tied to KPIs.

As a DMM, you’ll balance creativity and strategy, working hands-on with clients from the first strategy session to campaign execution and management. You’ll also work alongside a specialized pod of experts—SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads specialists—as well as collaborate with brand engineers, web developers, and other DMMs to ensure every project exceeds expectations.


What You’ll Be Doing:Community Building & Engagement:
  • Cultivate vibrant Facebook Groups and other online communities that spark conversation, build trust, and drive engagement.
  • Create scroll-stopping, lead-generating content tailored to each platform. Think posts that hit harder than your morning coffee.
  • Engage with audiences in real-time to build rapport and generate actionable leads.
Client Strategy & Sales:
  • Host strategy sessions with prospects, turning their goals into actionable plans (and closed sales).
  • Deliver creative marketing strategies alongside our Brand Engineer to align with client objectives.
  • Be the face of BestLyfe for your clients—an advisor, partner, and trusted ally throughout the journey.
Campaign Execution & Management:
  • Oversee campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with our Web Developer to create landing pages and websites that convert like magic.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, ensuring we don’t just meet expectations—we shatter them.
Relationship Building:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients through every stage of the journey.
  • Keep clients in the loop with regular updates, reports, and a touch of humor (because marketing doesn’t have to be boring).
