Summary:
Sienna Charles, the premier ultra-luxury travel and lifestyle company featured in top-tier press such as the WSJ, the FT, Robb Report, and more, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. The person in this role will be responsible for outlining and executing our performance marketing plan in order to maximize ROI and achieve specific performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan: In close cooperation with the executive team, create the strategy and the execution plan that align with business objectives and drives growth.
- Digital Campaigns and Acquisition: Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities using ads platforms, including social media, display advertising campaigns, PPC, programmatic, etc. Manage budget and campaigns across all digital channels. Ensure optimization for key traffic metrics by closely monitoring cost-per-acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques, and implement them as appropriate. This includes: - planning and creating A/B test campaigns to optimize performance. - monitoring landing pages and improving website elements and performance, - monitoring and optimizing the mobile app performance, - overseeing the SEO team, track and evaluate their performance, and - maximizing the performance of the company’s own content across newsletters, blogs, and social media channels in close cooperation with the Content Strategist and PR Manager.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Create and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports to summarize project status and results.

- Ownership and Management: You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, and you take the initiative to lead the project. You are a highly goal-oriented individual able to work under minimal supervision.
- Process and Data-Driven: You describe yourself as data-driven, and you use data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure the success of your campaigns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role and a proven track record of growing performance, including measurable user acquisition, quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Prior experience in B2C businesses, preferably e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical skills to leverage metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Timezone:
Sienna Charles is based primarily in the EST timezone, and this role would require working primarily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
