What we’re looking for:

We need a Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize high-performance campaigns. You should have a proven track record of creating and managing campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI. This role requires an analytical expert who can manage campaigns from setup to reporting with minimal guidance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for high performance.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to maximize targeting and conversions.
  • Write persuasive ad copy that drives engagement and action.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and ad extensions to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven adjustments for improved performance.
  • Prepare insightful reports and analyses for both clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads tools, policies, and strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and insights.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, able to solve challenges independently.


Salary & Growth Opportunities:

  • Starting salary of $1,800 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.
