**About the role**:
Key accountabilities
Provide presales solutions design support for both new and existing customers requiring Orange Business Services Solutions, within single or multiple competencies and based on the full services lifecycle.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the internal tools, systems, and processes in order to develop quality / approved technical proposals to customers.
Maintain technical knowledge on one or more competencies within the Orange Business Services products, services and solutions sets
Contribute to the production of proposals for specific solution blocks assigned on all the opportunities, including the necessary levels of effort and solution costing elements using Orange internal tools
Accountable for the cost collection and basic business case info including revenues and gross margin for the profitability of the opportunities with Account teams
Interface with customers as required in support of internal sales, operational personnel, or established third party relationships
Ensure effective handover to delivery organizations.
**About you**:
Knowledge and abilities
Deliver from simple to large scale and complex solutions which provide high value throughout the full life cycle of the contract
Identify, develop and manage key partner and vendor relationships as required to deliver fully integrated solutions for specific client engagements in conjunction with the Account management team
Education, qualifications, and certifications
Degree in relevant technical field or equivalent is desirable,
Technical certifications Desirable (i.e. CCNA/CCNP Level).
Business background and acumen is desirable.
Good skills in English language (speak, read and write) is mandatory and other languages are a plus (i.e. Spanish)
Experience
Related work experience within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent.¿
Proficiency on WAN and SD-WAN design and routing protocols specially BGP and also on MPLS overall design. (Cisco primary, Fortinet or Palo Alto is a plus)
Knowledge on LAN and Wireless LAN technology preferably Cisco including Meraki
Expertise on Cisco and Microsoft Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions is a plus
Knowledge of IT best practices i.e. ITIL is a plus
