**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry.
- Identify potential reputation risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.
- Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binance's brand reputation against industry peers.
- Engage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand reputation management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
